RefWorks & Citation Managers
WRTG 316
Have you ever been gathering research articles and lost what you knew was the perfect article for your topic? Lose articles no more! You can use a citation manager to keep track of everything for your research paper in one place. Using a citation manager will save you time when you're accessing lots of sources for your assignment.
We’ve mentioned citation managers, but what exactly is a citation manager? A citation manager is a tool that helps you collect, store, organize, and cite sources, all in one place. Citation managers integrate with word processors like Microsoft Word or Google Docs so you can directly insert citations as you write and even generate a bibliography.
This module focuses on RefWorks, but there are several citation manager options. EndNote is another one that we’ll discuss briefly at the end of the module.
